Rules & Regulations

 

1. Registration for Valentine Run 2016 is only confirmed upon payment and issuance of Official Ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the Kampong Chai Chee CC or RCs.

 

2. The Participant agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information.

 

3. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organisers have grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organisers may suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration.

 

4. The Organisers reserve the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules & Regulations from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of these provisions, the Organisers shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, they will take into account the interests of all the affected Participants. Any such amendments will be updated on the Official Website.

 

5. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case they will make reasonable effort to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. If the event has to be cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid and the Organisers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.

 

6. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the running routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the day / date of the event. The Organisers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.

 

7. The Organisers reserve the right to limit and/or refuse entry to any Participant without assigning any reason.

 

8. Whilst reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organisers to ensure the Participants’ safety, Participants take part in Valentine Run 2016 at their own risk and the Organisers will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the event. Participants are strongly encouraged to consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual event day.

 

9. Participant is to abide by the instructions of the Route Marshals at all times.

 

10. Participant must retire from the run immediately if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff or event Organisers.

 

11. After registration, there will be no fee refund for Participants who do not eventually take part in Valentine Run 2016, for any reasons whatsoever.

 

12. The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items brought to the event venue by the Participants.

 

13. Winners of the Lucky Draw must be physically present to collect their prizes.
